Improving Prevention and Combating Gender Based Violence in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Objectives of the project are women and children in Bosnia and Herzegovina effectivelly protected from violence by application of effective legal remedies in line with domestic laws and international standards; Improved response of judiciary and other institutional stakeholders at the level of RS entity with regards to informing women GBV survivors on available services of support and assistance, applying safety and protection measures, and a more strict penalty policy for GBV crimes; Women survivors of gender based violence empowered to exercise rights and access to justice through improved quality of assistance and support.
